• Number: This tutorial will be completed online with no formal in-class sessions.

• Facilities: Learners will choose a well lit, quite, comfortable place in which to complete the lessons.

• Equipment: Learners will aquire a working computer with internet access; learners will also need to have an updated flash video player on their computer.  Learners will not need to have created a Yola account as this will be done during the lessons.

• Resources: Web-based tutorial

• Constraints: There will be no formal instruction; as such the learner will be required to learn all material on their own.

2. Site compatibility with instructional needs

• Instructional strategies: All learners will work individually with no help from an instructor

• Delivery approaches: Using a web-based tutorial, learners will create their own classroom website. They will be allowed to take the tutorial at their own pace.

• Time: This tutorial will take approximately 1 hour to complete

3. Site compatibility with learners’ needs

• Location: The tutorial will be completed in the learner’s preferred environment (home, school, or school computer lab). The only requirement is a computer with internet access as well as a flash video player.

• Conveniences: The web-based tutorial will allow the learner to complete the modules at their own pace when it is convenient.

• Space: The learner will be required to provide their own space for completing the tutorial.  Learners should choose a well lit, quite space that is free from distraction.

• Equipment: The learner should have access to a computer with web browsing capabilities and flash video playing capabilities.

4.  Feasibility for simulating workplace

• Supervisory characteristics: No supervisory characteristics will be replicated for this tutorial.

• Physical characteristics: The physical characteristics are left up to the learner, however, it is recommend that the learner choose a location that is comfortable and free of distraction.

• Social characteristics: This tutorial is designed to improve communications between teacher and student. This provides the only social aspect of the tutorial.
